Rested in Bourbon, Rum, and Rye barrels for 12-28 months.
We amplify the botanicals on our Original Gin then mature in used oak to create a Gin with a unique botanical bouquet and additional layers of oak and vanilla. This Gin can be consumed neat, or used in Gin AND whiskey cocktails. Come try our "Gin Fashioned" in the Haberdasher Tasting Room!
