Our Spirits
A light, easy drinking whiskey made in the spirit of traditional Irish whiskeys.
Distilled to as high as 175 proof for a lighter profile, this Irish-style whiskey is our most easy drinking spirit. Used in our must-try Irish Coffees served at the Tasting Room. The whiskey is aged for 2-3 years in used oak barrels to make for wonderful notes of honey, butterscotch, and bubblegum.
